SCIAURO
It is an oil with a beautiful golden green color, with a captivating fruity scent and complex vegetal notes; among them tomato, unmistakeable, stand out. The olfactory characteristics are then confirmed in the mouth, enriched with hints of herbs, where, at the initial sweet, follows the bitter, well supported by a slight spiciness. It is obtained from olives of Nocellara del Belice.

LUMÈ
Fresh and fragrant it is extracted from olives of Biancolilla variety. It’s a golden green oil and when you smell it you capture its herbaceous notes. During testing is well perceptible the almond, tomato and artichoke. The bitter and spicy intensity are contained and well balanced.
